At ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury home appliances and fixtures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, uninstalled condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to ensure a smooth process.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and hardware, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned product to confirm it is in brand-new condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
